Warranty and return


If you experience problems within the warranty period, you have the option to request a repair or a replacement product. The product comes with a 2-year warranty.

We kindly ask you to always contact us first to coordinate the process before the product is returned. Perhaps we can help you remotely and return it is not necessary at all. You can contact us at info@hilvard.com

Note: The warranty applies to the first owner of the item and is non-transferable. If you buy or sell a product from or to someone else, the warranty will expire. Warranty is not granted without proof of purchase. Warranty applies only to material and manufacturing defects. This means that all other imperfections and damage are excluded, such as incorrect use, incorrect settings or incorrect installations.


You have 30 days to return your order to Hilvard free of charge. Within 5 working days after we received the return, the purchase amount including any shipping costs will be refunded to your bank account. It is also possible to exchange the product for another item.

Note: Products must always be returned in original and undamaged packaging, together with all cables and accessories included in the box. Therefore, always unpack the product as carefully as possible and keep the box in a safe place.
