Shipment
Orders on working days are ready for shipment within 24 hours. All parcels are sent with DPD express service. Our warehouse is based in The Netherlands so shipping within the EU is cheap, fast and without additional taxes (Import and VAT). Please find below the prices and estimated delivery times for all countries. Shipping to non-EU countries is possible only on request, please contact us for enquiries.
Costs
Shipping at Hilvard is free for orders above €20,-. If your order is lower than €20,- a price of €8.95 will be charged. For orders of €20,- or higher with several items and of which parts are returned, with the result that the remaining amount falls below €20,- we are forced to withhold € 8.95 in shipping costs from the refund.
